App2SD Review - Bulk Move Apps to SD Card & Get New Apps Notifications

Some of the Android phones (until its Samsung Galaxy S or S II) come with low inbuilt storage and its regular notice that you will receive low space warning. So what do you do in such kind of situation? It’s clear that you would be moving your apps to your storage card. The stock Android has the feature of moving the app installed on your mobile phone to SD card. It is located at Settings > Applications > Manage Applications. Under that you will get the list of apps installed on the your phone memory which are download and then tap on the particular app, from the option click on Move to SD card.

But a major drawback of this is that you need to do it manually and more worse it will do it for each app at a time and so you would require to spent a good time. So how would you do it quickly? Of course, the only way to do it is to find an application in Android market which can do this for you. I was lucky to find out App2SD which clearly tells by its name the purpose of it and the app name it’s easy to remember.
As you install the App2SD and run it you will see three tabs name – On Phone, on SD card and Phone Only. The One Phone shows the list of apps which are on phone memory, On SD card shows apps on SD card and phone only which cannot be moved.
To bulk move apps first select On Phone tab then hit menu button and then choose Move All.
This start moving apps one by one automatically.
